Rate what you have played

• Rate a paddle you have actually hit with. Demo days count. Watching a video does not.
• Put honest hours. Ten hours is fine. Pretending ten is a hundred is not.
• Pick the variant you played. If you are not sure, the paddle page lists them.
• One rating per paddle line. Edit it when your opinion changes instead of making a new account.

Say what you think

• Negative is fine. Harsh is fine. A 3.0 with a reason is more useful than a 9.0 without one.
• Write about the paddle: how it played, where it let you down, who should buy it.
• If you got the paddle free from the brand, say so in your notes. It does not disqualify your rating; hiding it does.

Leave other people alone

• No insults, harassment, slurs, or threats, toward members, brands' staff, Nico, or anyone else.
• No posting anyone's personal information.
• No links, discount codes, phone numbers, email addresses, or promotion in a rating. Ratings with those are hidden automatically.
• Brand ambassador? Declare it on your profile, with your code. Your ratings of that brand carry the badge so readers can weigh them. Rating a brand you're paid by without declaring it gets the ratings removed.
• No rating on behalf of a shop or a paddle you own a stake in.
• One account per person. Handles that impersonate a brand, a reviewer, or another member are not allowed, and some are reserved for their owners.

What gets a rating removed

Only the things on this page. A rating is never removed for being negative, for disagreeing with Nico, or because a brand asked. Specifically, a rating comes down when it:

• is about a paddle the member clearly has not played,
• contains a link, promotion, or contact details,
• attacks a person rather than a paddle,
• comes from a duplicate or impersonating account,
• is spam.

An automated screen hides written ratings that look like the above until Nico reads them. Any member can report a rating from the paddle page. Nico reviews every report and every hidden rating himself; each decision is logged. Repeated violations get an account suspended.

If your rating was removed

Email nicothelefty@gmail.com with your handle and the paddle. You will get a reason. If the removal was wrong, it goes back up.
